The Reno++ is a major renovation service. It includes the following and can be customized as per your needs!
- Painting of walls- premium paints
- Wallpapers
- Floor Polishing
- Replacing (or installing new) laminates
- Waterproofing/ Weatherproofing
- Miscellaneous minor requirements (like selection of fabric for curtains & upholstery; redoing damaged tiles and laminates)
- Major renovation requirements like combining spaces (like kitchen + utility or bedroom + balcony etc)
- Designing and executing functional elements like TV cabinets, dressing cabinet, bookshelves, study table & rack, foldable tables, puja cabinet etc
- False ceiling design and execution
- Other interior décor & design (like paintings, murals, landscape elements etc) based on requirements

The above list is a basic standard list that is applicable to most cases. This is completely customizable based on each individual’s requirements. Our workers are flexible to accommodate with existing furniture and occupants if they cannot be moved to another suitable location (That’s the best part!)
Turn Around Time
Typically 55-70 days for a 900- 1000 sq.ft space post finalization of requirements. Varies based on requirements, site conditions & payment schedules. Timelines can vary for Reno+ and Reno++ services mainly based on site conditions due to occupants & existing furniture.
